职位描述
? Collect potential OEM customers by Branches and application and potential of customers/regions.
? Aligned with wendors to get relevant resources in OEM development and support sales to get right price and technical support from vendors.
? Support Sales in their customer development for the assigned vendors products and solution.
? Maintain the relationship with regional office.
? Research the market trend to make the proposal for business development.
? With support of vendor and ASE,develop the selling strategy in the target branch and customers
? Right proposal for forecast and stock in OEM segment to meet customer need and reduce the stock
? Brand business development
? New product business development
? Others as per requested by OEm director and team.
? Education
? University level of education background in electrical distribution and automation
? Working Experience
? 5years of vendor relationship in the industry ,with knowledge of key suppliers
? Knowledge & Skills
? Knowledge of technical applications and vendor offers by application
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
? Technical/ Position Skills
? Negotiation skills
? Team construction and management skills
? Cross department communication and team work
? Strong influence skills, good interpersonal skill
