Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:

?Provide professional technical expertise and advice, generation of innovative and creative engineering solutions, drive continuous improvement, safety, compliance for capital projects
?Regularly review the performance of the Cephs facility and formulate plans for improving reliability and reducing unplanned stoppages
?Influence the timely scheduling and successful execution of all Statutory, GSK mandatory and compliance related project management tasks, and report on deviations
?Assist in the training and assessment of personnel within the department, validation of new and existing equipment and processes, management of planned maintenance program, co-ordinate and manage project activity
?Support and progress condition monitoring activities, reviewing reports and planning remedial and preventative works where applicable
?Management of equipment/spares refurbishment

Accountability 责任:

?All GEP aspects relating to the filling and packing of Cephs are adhered to either through training or knowledge management ensuring the quality of the finished product
?Lead/support Change Controls and act as the engineering representative on behalf of the Cephs Operations facility
?Regularly report on key engineering and/or relevant KPI’s relating to the Cephs Value Stream
?Define the periodic review cycle for critical spares requirements and put in place action plans to ensure optimum spares holdings are achieved
?Actively participate in the identification, development and implementation of maintenance contracts

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:
?Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with Chartered Status or working towards Chartered Status
? Five years relevant experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
?Proficient in the English language both written and oral
?Excellent communication skills and a high level of numeracy and literacy skills
?Flexibility and willingness to accept change
?Working knowledge of GMP with the ability to adhere to standards
?Ability to look forward and anticipate issues
?Drive continuous improvement in OEE, schedule adherence, RFT and waste
