Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

1.Cooperate with HR training coordinator to implements, monitors and maintains a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff are fully educated and trained in all safety aspects of their duties. Ensures all said training/education is fully recorded and acknowledged by the recipients;

2.Lead factory OSS security team to take care the whole factory security

3.Responsible of engineering store operation. Keep engineering drawings and document in order and deal with engineering department affairs.
负责工程库房的运作，维护工程图纸和文件系统在良好状态，办理工程部运作事务。
4.Ensure capital projects be well planned, monitored and managed within quality, cost and time， in line with the GES/GMP/EHS requirement. 确保固定资产投资项目准时完成，费用和质量要求得以很好的计划、监控和管理. 并确保这些工作符合集团GES/GMP/EHS标准的要求
5.Ensure spare parts in a minimum level and localized for saving. Supply good spare parts service for production.
确保工程备品保持最低库存量, 备件当地化以节约费用。工程仓库为正常生产提供良好的服务。
6.Ensure implementation of maintenance and project is compliant with local regulations and GSK requirement.
确保工程维修和项目符合当地法规和GSK要求。
7.Support facility for maintenance, repair
支持公用设施维修
8.Support calibration and develop calibration skill.
支持仪表校验工作并发展仪表调校技能。

?Ensure instruments calibration plan be prepared and completed in time, all instrument is calibrated following plan and the record is accurate and kept well.
确保仪表校验计划按时制定，所有仪表按计划进行校验，校验记录准确，保存完好。
?Ensure calibration system fully compliant with local regulations and GSK quality requirements.
确保仪表调校系统完全符合当地法规和GSK质量要求。
?Ensure PM system operation in order, and seek continual improvement for maintenance operation by the data collection and analyse

Seek for excellent practice to improve performance

?Responsible of engineering goods reception and issue, record and ensure operation met site procedure

?Monitor and ensure spare parts and store environment in a good condition. And ensure account line with goods

Timely update engineering drawings and documents, and keep them in a good order. And responsible of engineering material collection and sort

?Ensure Site capital projects and deliver in Line with GES/GMP/EHS standard, in good quality lower cost and on time. 确保固定资产投资项目，符合集团GES/GMP/EHS标准的要求，并以高质量低费用和准时完成。

?Co-ordinate training plan for department staff and ensure the department training for SOP, GQP and local regulations implement and tracking effectively.

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:
?breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field required

?Understanding, experience, and comfort level with office/production computer software and hardware systems
能熟练使用计算机及相关办公软件。
?CAD skill。 CAD技能
