职位描述：

1、根据公司中、长期经营计划，组织编制年度财务计划和控制标准；
2、建立、健全财务管理体系，建立科学、系统的，符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
3、主持财务报表及财务预决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析，保证财务信息对外的正常运行，有效的监督检查 财务制度、预算的执行情况以及适当及时的调整；
4、制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算；
5、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；
6、对公司重大的投资、融资、并购等经营活动提供建议和决策支持，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制；
7、审核财务报表，提交财务管理工作报告；
8、与政府监管机构、工商、税务等部门接洽协调，维护公司利益。

岗位要求：

1、会计、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历，，有相关或同等行业工作经历；
2、具备跨国企业财务管理工作经验，有资本运营经历；有海外并购的运作经验，对上市公司IPO的操作务实。
3、熟悉公司财务规则及财务系统管理；
4、具有较全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉国家与地区相关的各项财务、税务、审计、金融法规和政策；
5、精通财务相关法律法规、投资、企业财务制度和流程；具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
6、精通税法政策、运营分析、成本控制及成本核算；
7、具有丰富的财务管理、资金筹划、融资及资本运作经验；
8、良好的口头及书面表达能力，工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维；
9、具有优秀的判断和决策能力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力；
10、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真。
