Position Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Perform EDA design tasks for large volume production digital or mixed signal ICs including but not limited to synthesis, STA, and DFT insertion and verification
2.Work with front-end engineers and back-end layout designers to resolve problems, achieve design closure, and ensure quality
3.Verify timing and DFT features in functional and test modes
4.Support production test team test program development and debug
5.Timing constraint design and timing analysis (STA)
6.DFT design including MBIST, scan, and JTAG integration and verification
7.Test program design including ATPG pattern generation
8.Equivalence checking including RTL-to-gates and gates-to-gates

Qualifications:

1.Hold BSEE (MS preferred)
2.Have 5 years hands on experience in DFT and verification
3.Possess extensive knowledge in Synopsys Primetime-SI and constraint development from specification
4.Be familiar with front-end RTL (Verilog or VHDL) design and verification
5.Have experience involving completion of IC projects in 90nm and below
6.Exhibit good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external design teams.
