Job Summary
To supervise the QC team.
-follow and review the quality control procedure, manage plant production quality and online QC, help production team solve the quality problem through TPM.
-QC lab daily management, lead 5S, safety, lab maintenance work.
-Support the RPM supplier quality management.
-Support SAP system setup for TJ factory.
-Training and developing people of QC team and factory operators for quality knowledge.

Major Responsibility
-Ensure safe operation in QC Lab.
-Be responsible for arrangement Online QC daily work.
-Set up the standard operation procedure of testing, sampling and other quality control, and make sure it be followed
-Audit or check to make sure the operation is following quality requirement
-Analysis the customer complaints.
-Improve the quality level through TPM
-ISO9001 and UQVP quality system inter audit and maintenance
-Lead QC lab daily maintenance.
-Investigate quality incident and related action follow-up
-Support SAP system setup for TJ factory.
-Deliever the quality training to operation team
-Develop quality team and improve their quality skill
-Support the innovation and new launch

Qualifications
-More than 2 years in quality management or execution
-Chemistry or related background
-Quality system implement skill.
-Lab management skill.
-Has passion to study, highly proactive, highly responsible.
-Better has laundry process knowledge,
-Can work under high pressure and strength.
-Good communication skills, Be able to work in English environment
-Good Microsoft office using skills.
