Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure and optimize production plan that effectively utilizes in house manufacturing within constraints on resource availability to meet inventory requirements;
- Coordinate with production department, QC, warehouse and other relevant departments to realize plan into daily on-line production;
- Timely update production routing and coordinate with central planning to run the RCCP for capacity constrain analysis.
- Monitor and improve the KPI for output reliability, plan change reason, customer service.
- Regularly review/update & maintain planning parameter; and setup proper inventory level.
- RPM stock control to minimize RPM WO risk in term of expired RM, packaging change, delist RPM and unreasonable MOQ.
- Ensure R&D trial run arrangement and new SKU launch.
- Take the lead to set up the working rules and procedures of the storages and supply that used in the warehouse management.
- Make a good layout of the warehouse and put the spaces and facilities into sufficient and reasonable use.
- Ensure the safety, quality and TPM in warehouse and make continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve the KPI for warehouse operation to ensure there will be sufficient resource supplied to production, while at an economic inventory level.
- Define the best organization which makes the most sense in terms of both employees and excellent plant service level.
- Provide coaching and trainings to the team members to ensure their functional skills.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus
- Strong verbal and written English and Chinese
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- 5 years working experience in FMCG.
- Professional experience in planning and logistics.
