The Job
Temporary Contract: 6 months (starting from August, 2012)
We are seeking responsible, organized and self motivated individuals to join us as a Customer Service Intern in our Tianjin International SOS Clinic Front Desk Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for,
1. Provide 5 star quality service and participate in quality improvements relating to client services, with particular focus on the Japanese Business
2. Answer telephone calls and manage inquiries for all client groups
3. Provide Japanese language translation during medical consultations and related services
4. Support daily organization and tasks of the front desk, to ensure efficient service in line with company policies and procedures
5. Provide accurate billing/invoicing for all services delivered and all client groups, manage cash handling and complete daily documentation and reporting
The Person
1. At least 1 year's working experience in an international company environment
2. University graduation
3. Good command of Japanese, English and Chinese
4. Good computer skills
5. Responsible and Professional with strong initiative and teamwork spirit
