adidas NEO LABEL is the new young, fresh and accessible label in adidas Sport Style products focusing on fashion and casual. It becomes the latest collection within the Sport Style division joining Originals, Y-3 and SLVR.

adidas is looking for a highly motivated individual that can assist with marketing and administrative duties for the NEO Marketing Team. We're looking for someone that has strong language, interpersonal, and organization skills. This position requires someone accountable, motivated, and looking to progress within the adidas Group family.

Purpose:
- Responsible for marketing, administrative and logistical support to NEO Marketing department

Key Responsibilities:
- Competitor shopping, analysis and review
- Assisting with creation or marketing presentations
- Market research and assisting with merchandising
- General administration and support on product range creation and special projects
- Keep up-to-date the calendars for Business Unit Director
- Daily Meeting arrangement
- Support travel and meeting logistics
- Support on daily communication with subsidiaries, vendors and headquarters
- Maintenance of department files, correspondence and supplies
- Creation, production and distribution of project and meeting materials
- Support the team to achieve business KPIs
- Sample arrangement for milestone meetings and history department
- Support on data entry with adidas systems such as MP, Marvin etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with superiors
- Maintain current and accurate records of individual work
- Work with subsidiaries, factories, vendors and suppliers
- Team player

Requisite Education:
- University degree
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin required
- Computer-literate (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Explorer)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, good follow-through
- Interest in sports and/or lifestyle products
