前台接待/客户服务：
1． 接听客户来电，态度热情亲切，准确转接电话
2． 热情接待上门客户，询问客户需求
3． 接收快递信件，及时转交相关人员
4。 解答电话及上门客户关于库存、价格及产品其他相关信息的咨询，及时准确的回复

订单处理：
1. 及时准确的处理销售/市场/上门客户提供的订单，与相关人员沟通协调，确保SO单输入准确性及下单及时性
2. 在处理订单和开具发票之前，确保所有的订单价格必须与销售经理和信用控制人员及公司批准的价格体系和流程相符
3. 确保客户的询单、传真订单等内容符合公司的规定

小库管理：
1．负责上门客户销售订单的发货，并保证出货正确率
2．关心小库的库存情况，合理备货，并及时填写各相关单据
3．及时做好小库台帐，并定期与ERP系统核对，发现问题及时反映并处理，确保库存。
