Job Responsibilities:
- To maximize sales growth, increase market share and support packaging business development
- To prepare and implement annual budget/ Action plan to achieve Sales Target & Profit Margin assigned
- To explore potential new customer base and develop long term growth of existing customers for packaging business throughout the sales territory
- To liaise with customer to monitor the market trend and identify customer's need
- To summaries and analysis sales data to keep the continuous improvement
- To maintain familiarity with the marketplace and competing products
- To work with Supply Chain for Sales forecasting and stock level
Job Requirements:
- Diploma Holder or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably obtained from Printing / Packaging industries
- Understanding the market dynamic in South China
- High level of business acumen, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and people management skill
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Willing to Frequent travel / Station in China, with recent years stationing in China is most preferred
