OBJECTIVE

Overall responsible for marketing activities for all products under Antalis China Ltd, i.e. Premium Fine Papers (Stationary Papers, Text & Cover Papers, Branded Coated and Uncoated Papers), Tracing Papers & new business development.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1. Set product & marketing directions for China to support the approved growth plan

2. To ensure marketing policies, guidelines & activities are in line with Regional directions

- Participate in the Regional PMC as a contributing member

- To achieve standardization and coordinate Marketing and Product Initiatives across the region

3. Work closely with all Branch Managers & Branch Marketing Managers to ensure smooth implementation of agreed plan

4. Coordinate all marketing activities of each zone center (in terms of costs, resources allocation, event schedules, reports...) & assist in the development & implementation of plans / activities

5. Lead & direct all product related matters:

- At regional level: work with Regional Marketing to ensure compliance with directions and guidelines.

- At branch level: work closely with the branch marketing managers / local product leaders on all product related matters & provide management directions as appropriate.

6. Oversee brands strategy in China to ensure alignment with regional directions and guidelines, including working with Central and Regional HQ on Chinese brand names trademarks and registration.

7. Develop plans & lead all new business development.

- New business segment, new products, new sales channels, new marketing initiatives...

8. Lead the HQ marketing team & set directions for the End User Program to assist development of contacts with prescribers (end users and advertising agencies, both local and international)

9. Develop & maintain a comprehensive data file for accurate data analysis on market trends/practices, competitors activities & market share / size

10. To ensure a regular, efficient and clear communication between HQ & branches
