1. college degree or above
2. At least 1 year working experience in JV or Foreign owned company is preferred
3. Experience in international business and Import & Export is preferred.
4. Good command of English in writing and speaking.
5. Excellent communication skill, highly customer oriented.
6. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow up the order procedure to meet customer expectation
2. Timely feedback the order information to customers and procurement staff
3. Communicate with other teams to meet customer service target
4. Enable to solve various issues from the customer
5. Maintain proper documentation and filling system on order processing with high traceability and compliance to the procedure
