工作描述：

1、根据5S要求,确保维修间场地清洁、有序；
2、根据TPM要求，制订标准的设备点检要求，并对每班的点检作检查、考核；
3、维修设备的机械部件及工装夹具,15分钟内不能解决的问题及时汇报维修工程师；
4、对设备的机械部件提供合理的备品备件建议与维修工程师；
5、根据HOS要求，对设备的机械部件进行改善，降低设备停机时间，延长设备寿命；
6、根据不同的设备的特点，制订设备的润滑点，润滑计划，提供给第三方执行；
7、为操作工提供安全操作指导及新员工的设备点检培训；
8、为新设备安装及设备移位作精度调整，确保设备所有机械部件的精度；
9、配合电气维修技师维护所有工厂范围内的设备；
10、做好设备维护、维修记录及备品备件的使用记录；
11、配合HSE部门的相关工作，做好设备维护、维修的LOTO记录；
12、配合ME部门结合HOS要求对设备进行功能方面的改善工作;
13、每日参加生产部HOS 第二层会议,及时反馈设备状态信息并进行跟踪



资历要求:
1,大专学历,机械制造专业；
2,5年以上数控机床维修经验;
3,有一定的计算机操作技能;
4,能看懂英文资料
