Job Description:
Arrange travel schedule and reservation for CEO, including flight and hotel booking
Manage the administration of CFS office and workshop.
Ensure cost efficient traveling, CFS office supply, and utilities supply.
Manage the time registration, holidays and overtime work.
Support the GM in all matters when needed.
Safety and security products management.
Manage the visits of foreign VIP, such as CEO and CFO.
Participate in management meeting and make a MOM.
Maintain the employee data lists.
Coordinate the domestic and overseas training, visa application and other HR related issues.
Ensure staff training and education plans.
Support the other management team members when needed.

Requirement:

College degree or above, major in administration or English.
3-5 years related working experience.

Good English in both written and oral.
Computer skills, human resource management skills, and financial knowledge.

Strong interpersonal, communication skill, faster learning.

SAP skill is preferred.
