职位描述
Job Title:Administration Manager
Role:In charge of general administration for the company
Report to:Head of HR
Location: Shanghai
Key Tasks/Duties:
1, General Service & Admin
– Office Administration for all services in office supplies (office stationery, facility etc)
– Supervise of office maintenance and office environment protection, etc
– Upgrade on service area and improve the quality of services in all aspects
– Manage maintenance program and assess maintenance problems
– Successfully plan and carry out projects to meet established budget criteria
– Seek housing near the office for the necessary staff, which is within the established budget
– Coordinate with property management (alternation of building structure, office decoration, enlargement, rental etc)
– Announce notification, agenda items related to office
- Admin costs planning and monitoring
- Admin projects execution (including annual party, company events, etc)
2, Central Procurement of office supplies
– Negotiate and administrate purchasing contracts, Get best service in a cost efficient way
– Set and plan how to achieve supplier accreditation and service level management for office suppliers
– Procurement related to T&E, Air Company, Travel Agent, Stationery, Furniture, Cleaning Company, etc
– Centralize procurement process & standard procedures, Report on service level and cost efficiency
– Formulate and coordinate specifications and requirements for vendor proposal and contracts, and other associated documents for facilities management
3, People Management
– Increase team productivity, meet deadlines and quality requirements
– Monitors project costs, timelines, staffing, space and equipment needs
– Supervise of cleaner and other administration members
– Back up administration team members during their absence
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above
- 8+ years experience in Administration and at least 3 years experience in management role
- Experience in manufacturing would be a plus
- Good English skills
- Good initiative and team player
