Search and develop prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling.

- Implement effective measures to ensure the attainment of objectives in the business plan.

- Provide guidance and structure to operating units.

- Participate in developing policies and strategic plans.

- Develop new clients in an assigned territory by prospecting and securing new accounts.

- Maintain and support existing customers.

- Meet and exceed sales targets.

- Search for new accounts, understand customers’ short and long-term needs and forecast business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related domain.

- One to three years of B2B sales experience.

- Strong work ethic and ability to meet/exceed targets.

- Consultative selling approach to understanding prospects’ needs.

- Proactive and positive attitude.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese (essential) and English.

- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
