工作职责：Responsibilities

1、协助决策层制定公司市场发展战略，建立完善的市场运作体制，完成公司的中长期市场目标；
Assist the management level to set up the marketing strategies, establish the market operation system, accomplish the medium and long term market targets;
2、负责公司市场战略规划，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；
In charge of marketing strategy planning, draw up overall marketing planning; propose direction and achieving scheme of market promotion, brand, public relation and activity;
3、进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供良好的依据；
Take lead to the market research, forecast, analyst the market development trend, and provide effective proposal for the company strategic planning;
4、根据公司战略目标及行业发展趋势，负责品牌整体运营工作，制定运营规划、市场推广计划和战略布局，组织并保障实施；
According to the company strategic objectives and the industry development trend, responsible for the overall brand operations, operational planning, marketing planning and strategy layout, and make sure its implement work;
5、分析和把握市场趋势，结合公司营销需求，提供有效的品牌宣传和推广方式，以提高公司销售量；
Analyze and grasp the market trend, combined with its marketing demand, provide a valid way of brand publicity and promotion, in order to increase sales;
6、拓展和维护公司媒体资源关系网络，策划、指导、控制、协调并参与所有公关活动、市场活动等，与各界媒体保持良好关系；
Develop and maintain the company media networking, plan, supervise, manage and coordinate with all PR, marketing events, remain good relationship with different media;
7、负责制定公司整体公关策略及危机公关的应对处理;
Responsible for the company's overall public relations strategy, and quick response to the crisis public relations;
8、 公司安排的其他任务。
Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.

任职要求：Requirements
1、 市场营销、设计等相关专业本科以上学历 ;
Bachelor or above degree in marketing or related majors;
2、 10年以上工作经验，有设计行业同等岗位工作经验者优先考虑；
10 years or above experiences in design field is preferable;
3、 资深的市场运作经验，熟悉各类媒体的运作方式，具备丰富的媒体资源；
Experienced in marketing operation, familiar with operation ways of different types of media, resourced in media;
4、 敏感的商业和市场意识，具备优秀的资源整合能力，业务推进能力及出色的沟通协调能力；
Sensitive commercial and market awareness have good ability of resource integration, business promoting and excellent communication
5、 英文听说流利者优先考虑；
Preferable with good English skills;
