• Perform IT helpdesk function to deliver timely response and resolution of issues and requests to meet service level agreements
• Manage the setup and configuration of helpdesk application and SLA reports
• Identify, resolve, and document hardware, software, and user problems
• Setup and deploy desktop PC and laptop’s hardware and software
• Maintain and enhance backup, data security and other software solutions for PCs
• Manage and maintain windows active directory, servers, data storage, antivirus and windows updates, and coordinate with Enterprise IT teams on any relevant tasks and issues
• Manage the creation and maintenance of network shared folders and user accounts
• Support email and Blackberry related projects, requests and issues
• Handles data backup and recovery. Plan and lead the execution of annual disaster recovery exercise.
• Maintains hardware/software inventory, system documentations and logs to support SOX audit requirements with internal and external auditors.
• Support network infrastructure, telecommunication and IT procurement
• Manage assigned IT projects

• Strong knowledge with windows operating systems, with software & hardware troubleshooting skills
• Experience with desktop support tools, best practices, and windows scripting
• Working knowledge with backup and recovery practices and procedures
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally in English Language
• Team player
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work with different levels of the organization
