JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Advancement technology of production line.
- Confirm BOM ROUTINE and inform someone record system.
- Confirm fixture and jig making and communicate with vendor.
- Production machine adjust and technology parameter advance.
- Maintain, use and take care of mold, tooling, fixture.
- Arrange the machine setup and operators work according to the work order and schedule, and safety production.
- Actively join the team work to improve production rate and reduce rejected rate..
- Guide production and follow all production flow and monitor quality process.
- Work principle and 5S application and Product and Safety Board management
- Complete temporary work from Supervisor. Find-solve- report the abnormal issues in time
- Check the status of all machines daily, and assure all safety establishments are effective.
- Assure all operators work in order.

WORK REQUIREMENT:
- Good skilled to communication and inspirit the employees.
- Be skilled with mechanical and can do the assistant fixture to improve work condition.
- Have strong organize and management ability.
- Learn the electrical production process flow.
- Have the knowledge about ISO9000 and ISO14000
- Have the ability to analyze the production data and give production and quality guide.
- Have the ability and experience to plan for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control;

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Background of graduation from College
- Major in Chemical related is prefer
- At least 3 years work experience, 2 years of management experience.
