工作职责

-负责所有商业区域的视觉陈列，通过不同的商场媒介及陈列技巧实现令人兴奋的产品展示方案；
-确保商业区域被维护得“每日如新”，达到宜家的展示标准；
-确保正确使用商业灯光；
-在其所负责的区域，保持视觉形象、功能性及商业性等诸多方面的高水准；
-用最有效的和商业化的方式来规划商场的布局
-为顾客创造能够轻松、自主购物的条件和环境

任职要求

知识

-视觉陈列或色彩、风格、灯光、商场沟通、产品展示、商业活动、家居装饰等方面的知识；
-关于顾客购买行为方面的知识

技能

-熟练使用Auto CAD；
-动手能力强，同时能够展示其独到的美学眼光；
-良好的沟通，演示及指导技巧
-善于独立思考和寻找解决方案

Tasks

? Visual responsibility for all commercial areas. Present inspiring range presentation solutions using different display techniques and store media
? Ensure that Commercial areas are maintained "In shape as new", and presentation standards are achieved and maintained
? Ensure correct use of commercial light
? Deliver a high level of inspirational, functional and commercial appeal in your areas of responsibility
? Accountable to secure the store layouts in the most commercial and effective way
? Secure and maintain the store as a place where customers can easily select products and serve themselves.

Knowledge

? Knowledge of visual merchandising or Activities / Colour/ Style / Lighting/ Store communication/ Range Presentation/ Home furnishing
? Knowledge of customer buying behaviour and visual merchandising
Capability
? Experience working with Auto CAD
? Good practical "hands-on" skills with an eye for aesthetics
? Good communication, presentation and coaching skills
? Seek to find solutions rather than waiting for the instructions

宜家天津商场位于天津市东丽区，于2012年2月10日正式营业。商场总建筑面积为四万五千平方米，经营近万种宜家品牌的家具和家居用品。在开业后的四年时间里，宜家天津商场经营业绩稳定增长，员工也在业务增长的同时不断得到个人职业和能力的发展。
