- Database generation for specific industries, countries or sectors.
- Ability to demonstrate confident telephone manner.
- Generation of new resumes is core function
- To be able to generate resumes by reference checking.
- Ability to make 40+ outward bound calls a day and consistently reach and exceed this amount.
- Taking over and sucessfully managing certain key accounts or clients
- Responsible for successful integration of client account contact, from one internal POS staff member to another.
- Ability to identifty, negotiate and mobilize candidate internationally without assistance including coordination and problem solving rational; relating to all administration duties involved with this both and local or international basis.
-Coordinate with other POS staff members regards to contracts, visa queries and flights bookings..etc
- Assisting other Recruitment Executive and resource staff in controlling time management and delegating work to them.
- Skills transfer with Recruitment executives and resourcers
- Full time allocated resource to be mentored and trained
- Achievement of weekly CV send outs.
Qualification:
- recruitment experience is highly preferred
