Purpose:

Coordinate with BU merchandizing teams and working across all factories in capacity management, KPIs performance through a proactive approach to delivery and performance issues; consolidate required information to all relevant parties and systems in support of sourcing business.

Key Responsibilities:

? Act as an important link to the various stakeholders from GSP, SCI, GTL&C, HQ sample team, vendors and various other parties to support the development, production, and shipment of product.
? Support BU merchandizing teams and HK Sourcing Ops in identifying needed factory capacity and capabilities according to customer demand during the allocation process.
? Monitor fill rate and proactively work with suppliers to resolve capacity issues prior to external communications with HQ.
? Ensure that LC0190 for bulk, sample orders and customer forecasts are passed to factories in a timely manner. Closely monitor on order management including timely order confirmation, PO updates and order completion in system.
? Coordinate with BU merchandizing teams on weekly WIP update, report delays of WIP to BMMs and CM and work with BU merchandzing teams to resolve issues that may impact overall LO’s KPIs.
? Provide a consolidated overview of LO’s performance and issues on a regular basis or per ac hoc request from CM or BMMs.
? Coordinate with HQ and BU merchandizing teams on special programs such as SLT and other sourcing initiatives as required.
? Support new factory start-up documentation and process, Supplier Terminations and data maintenance in MDM-S.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Diploma in clothing technology and/or manufacturing or comparable graduation from a college or university
? 2-3 years of work experience in related field
? Fluent English (verbal and in written), other languages are welcome
? Good IT-/EDP-skills including Excel, Access and Word. Comfortable with learning and using internal Product Data Management systems
