职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

- Increase sales of bearings and related products in China in line with Business Plan objectives

- Make out and document the market opportunities for domestic and imported bearings and related products, with specific information on applications, competition and price competitiveness

- Identify the supply channels for products, including distribution and "direct to end users" supply routes, provide recommendations for the optimum channels to be used

- Assist management in developing sales forecast and marketing plan for products based on market & supply channel information

- Support management team in developing a market strategy, long term business growth plan and sales tactics

- Increase the name recognition and sales potential of our products throughout China

- Provide customer services to customers, identify and maintain value proposition

- Manage Guangzhou Office, coach and manage the team to achieve good team performance


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- More than 7 years technical Field Sales, Marketing and Business

- Work experience in industrial mechanical products and producer preferred, , field sales experience required 6 years minimum with industrial products

- Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products and processes

- Prepared to reside extensively in China

- Fluency in Chinese and English Languages essential, speaking Guangdongness is preferred, Articulate and out-going, matured personality
