职位描述

Job responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain good relationship with customer

- Approach key persons in different levels

- Achieve yearly target of sales and payment collection

- Take charge of customer daily business management, including quotation, daily order handling, payment, technical and trouble shooting cooperating, and quality issue handling,etc.

- Implement sales-related tasks such as bidding document & contract preparation

- Support commercial managers and KAM to indentify new service business opportunities and drive customer’s needs by offer sidel service solution

- Contribute to Services Business Development Plan

- Ensure data collection for services orders execution

- Gurantee adequate communication between Sidel team and customer

- Follow PMP closely for Options and Upgrade projects

- Coordinate Services Orders execution at customer site (with help of PM)

- Collect information to monitor account market share/IB/etc.

- Drive customer issues escalation process


Job requirements


- College Degree or above

- 3-5 years successful Customer service sales experience

- Experience in packaging & tooling is preferable, especially for services sales

- Capacity to join technical, sales and project management skills

- Excellent communication and influence skill

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
