职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

- Accomplish annual business plan of >$40M through executing sales strategy & tactics and managing sales activities in all regions

- Deliver >15% profitable CAGR growth of distribution business in China

- Drive distributors performance and achieve share gain at distributors and end users in key markets

- Develop a reliable sales forecast, inventory and sales plan through working together with related business teams

- Assist senior management in developing mid & long term strategy for bearing and power transmission products in distribution markets

- Uphold Timkens brand promise and core value

- Coach and support sales engineers and regional managers through filed calls and daily management process.


Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering

- 7-10 years working experience in sales/distribution management

- Excellent engineering skills in technical understanding, calculation, explanation

- Good problem solving oriented sales skills and communication skills
