Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape and manage primary & secondary research studies to support sales

- Provide relevant market intelligence on product markets, key industries and key customers, which improve the quality of strategic decisions

- Assure that company's market internal and external data is consistent, and reliable as a basis for strategic and business decisions

- Monitor and analyze external information sources

- Convert marketing studies into sales through working with the sales team

- Handle ad hoc marketing studies request from other functional teams

- Develop in-depth case studies which show case company value propositions

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in mechanics or business including marketing, economics and statistics

- 2-3 years of sound marketing or mechanical industry experience

- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, companies and market dynamics

- Exceptional capabilities in data processing, data presentation and management

- Strong business acumen

- Be receptive to ideas and be able to convert strong ideas into actions and result

- Excellent creative written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams and proactively take charge and drive results

- Willing to travel
