工作职责：

- 负责全国KA客户年度任务的制定，并监督相应计划的执行和相关费用的控制，保障所负责的任务目标的完成；同时，参与制定公司年度营销目标

- 组织全国KA客户的年度合同谈判工作，推动与实施该工作顺利进行

- 制定KA渠道的经营管理模式及年度生意规划、运作策略，推动公司直营模式的管理

- 主导全国KA客户年度内主要促销活动，确保行销费用投入计划的规划及组织安排落实、控制、绩效评估与分析

- 组织建立良好的客情关系，指导各销售层级与各重点客户的合作关系

- 组织、完善KA团队建设及融合

工作要求：

- 大学本科或以上，市场营销或相关专业

- 8年以上现代渠道管理工作经验，5年以上快速消费品行业从业经验

- 具有销售、市场调查、企划、传播、媒体等多方面的专业知识，有较好的公文处理能力

- 熟悉现代渠道市场业务策划活动

- 具有客户管理的专门经验

- 良好的商业道德、沟通能力和执行能力且认同集团的企业文化价值理念

- 熟练进行办公软件操作

- 普通话标准、良好的英文听说读写能力
