Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and implement the sales plan, achieve the sales budget.
2. Develop new customers and maintain the existing customers, grow up new business opportunities from both the existing and potential customers
3. keep close contact with the customers & provide satisfied service to them
4. Collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision marketing
5. Execute company's business policies and apply company's sales stategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2. Honest, open-minded, responsible and integrity;

3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales, preferably at least 2 years sales experience in Hardware products (screw, insert for plastic, bolt, nut and etc.. )

4. Work with great passion and like challenges

5. Strong team work spirit, self-motivated, result oriented

6. Good communication and presentation skills

7. Proficient in both spoken and written in English

8. Good command of PC knowledge, MS Office word/excel is a must

These plants also manufacture PENCOM Captive Screws, Standoffs, Spacers, Press-in Sheet Metal Fasteners (Zins) and Inserts for Plastics (Zerts).

With the purchase of Visible Inventory in 2005, PENCOM became the leader in the field of INVENTORY AUTOMATION. Now our customers no longer need to actively manage inventory, instead; Visible Inventory remotely monitors it. PENCOM’s “Manufactured globally, supplied locally” philosophy continues to provide customers with low cost global manufacturing and localized inventory.
