Responsibilities may include the following:
1. Shaping and leading programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation programs/projects
2. Identifying and prioritizing account level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of client high level visions, performance gaps, and needs
3. Translating and conveying client business needs into tangible business solution architecture
4. Shaping and leading effort to define organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies and performance measurements/KPIs
5. Shaping and leading business architecture transformational programs
6. Monitoring and managing target value and performance goals (e.g., strategic, financial and operations), ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and adjusting program if necessary
7. Assessing and managing risk throughout all aspects of the business solution implementation
8. Leveraging the full range of appropriate client and Accenture resources in designing the change plan
9. Leading effective multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver the business outcomes of the journey
10. Monitoring journey results/business outcomes and making adjustments as needed

Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of Business Consulting experiences, preferably in strategy planning
2. Fluency in both Mandarin and English
