As a Senior of Performance & Rewards, you will play an important role in client engagement and partner with project manager to work with client closely on a day to day basis. You will also assist in business development activities.

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed Ernst & Young's standard on work quality and achieve client satisfaction.

Play a key consultant role in Rewards/Talent Management/Executive Compensation engagements.

Analyze human resource and business information, make recommendations, and present results internally and externally.

Provide/assist project manager to provide HR advisory services across multiple industries and various HR functional areas.

Assist on business development, including but not limiting to proposal preparation, identifying new opportunities, marketing materials development etc.

Communicate effectively and proactively when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-year working experience in leading HR consulting firms, or at least 5 years' experience in an in-house human resources management role (experience in compensation and benefits, organization development, and performance management is preferred).

Expertise in either Rewards, Talent Management or Executive Compensation.

Good analytical and research capabilities.

Good interpersonal skills.

Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge.

Bachelor degree or above from reputable universities.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
