As a Staff/Assistant of Performance & Rewards, you will work with Manager/Senior to provide advisory services to clients on various HR function areas. You will provide assistance and value added client work under the coaching and mentoring of manager and senior..

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed Ernst & Young's standard on work quality and achieve client satisfaction.

Collect and analyze human resource and business information and make recommendations for improvement.

Assist project managers to provide HR advisory services across multiple industries and various HR functional areas.

Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying information for proposals and marketing materials.

Communicate effectively and proactively when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year working experience in consulting firms, or in the HR function in a corporate environment.

Good analytical and research capabilities.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong focus on attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

Bachelor degree or above from reputable universities;

Finance, Economics or HR major preferred;

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
