Summary:
Import manager reporting to Head of Logistic Department, is responsible for daily logistics operations and related cost.

Job Description:
-Schedule, organize and monitor carrier's route and ways of customs clearance
-Monitor arrangement of sea- rail- air- transport shipping on every route
-Manage and ensure that all incoming orders, data / information, shipment and paperwork are accurately received, delivered, updated, manipulated, transferred to the proper designated location timely.
-Negotiations with providers and agreeing of contracts with logistic companies and customs brokers
-Assist in maintaining positive business relationships with customs and service providers
-Prepare related documents to support the deliveries of ocean and air freight
-Keep financial balance, check bills/invoices, and pass payment applications to Accounting Department
-Give instructions and assistance to colleagues in the units on the deliveries / terms / prices upon request
-Review and improve internal and external import processes



Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Minimum 8 years’ import experience in trading companies, retail background is preferred
-Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience of import business
-Fluent English in both written and oral, knowledge of Russian would be a plus
-Proficiency in MS Office application or related software
-Highly motivated, highly efficiency, self-directed with attentiveness and team spirit
-Good negotiation skill and communication skill
