Summary:
Transport manager reporting to Head of Logistic Department, is responsible for transport execution in regard of plan, operation and cost-effective.

Job Description:
-Rich knowledge of domestic transportation market and responsible for identifying domestic transportation company
-Collect and keep the data/information of tendering of domestic transportation market
-Plan every day’s routes to make sure the proper use of resources
-Monitor the preparation of each route to ensure the smooth working of every procedure
-Deal with the abnormal condition on the roads
-Manage the abnormal condition in stores to complete the daily deliveries
-Take responsibility for the daily transportation to ensure the smooth operation
-Maintain the preparation and safe of outsourced drivers to ensure the timely departure
-Monitor the accuracy of receiving bills/invoices
-Analyse the KPI of outsourced carriers every week to ensure the proper use of resources
-Convene regular meeting with drivers to assist in maintaining positive business relationships with transportation companies
-Negotiate with providers and agreeing of contracts with transportation companies
-Complete the payment to outsourced companies which is accordance with the audit standard
-Plan the budget of designated projects, check bills/invoices, and pass payment applications to Accounting Department
-Give instructions and assistance to colleagues in the units on the deliveries / terms / prices upon request



Requirements:
-Associate degree or above
-Minimum 8 years’ transportation management experience, retail background is preferred
-Good command of characteristic of different vehicle to make sure the high efficiency and low cost of transportation
-Good command of reading and writing English skills, knowledge of Russian would be a plus
-Proficiency in MS Office application or related software
-Highly motivated, highly efficiency, self-directed with attentiveness and team spirit
-Good negotiation skill and communication skill
