职位描述
POSITION: Human Resources Generalist
SUMMARY: To support Company strategic objectives by delivering conscientious quality service to all levels within the Organization. Responsible for administration of employee benefits, and to continually invest in our most valuable assets, our employees, by educating to maximize contributions, enhance growth opportunities and seek new talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide support for employee relations, employment, compliance, compensation and benefits.
· Outsourcing employees management
· Process all status changes including terminations, open enrollments and internal transfer.
· Responsible for maintaining employee files in HRIS
· Communicating with local government on the issues of Personnel Document Management, Social Insurance Management and etc.
· Screening resumes sent from websites, and screening resumes from database.
· To make reference check before issue offer letter, including some junior level positions.
· Partners with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
· Assist to arrange internal training, training record collection and maintenance.
· Support on Employee Communication such as Laird newsletter, Employee Activities, New Year Party and etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must be a self-directed team player and have computer proficiency (i.e. Windows-based applications, MS Office, Internet, etc.)
· Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of Chinese Labor laws and regulations
· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain HR policies and procedures
· Ability to work independently and perform detailed work while exercising analytical, independent judgment and discretion
· Good English both in written and spoken
· Customer oriented
· Good execution
· Good for detail work with high quality
· Good teamwork spirit, cooperation capability, communication skill, analysis ability and emergency-handling skill, Honesty and Integrity
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred
· Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in HR Function in MNCs is preferred
