职位描述
Major Job Responsibility:
？ Lead the team to achieve the KPI
？ Manage line operators, run the line with good WPC and discipline
？ Arrange the daily production according to the schedule
？ Ensure the safety, output, FTQ, labor Efficiency, TPM, 5M etc
？ Ensure operators to follow the working process and EHS, quality system
？ Promote and implement lean culture and continuous improvement
？ Shop floor operator’s training and performance evaluation
？ Lead the Value Stream team on problem solving.
？ Complete the task assigned by MFG Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Education Background
a. University degree, major in Engineering or related field
2. Skills and knowledge
a. Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
b. Good skill of English, computer and office software
c. Good skill of communication and coordination
d. Familiar with Quality Systems(TS16949), lean production, 5S
e. Previous experience in Western company
f. Personal integrity, Trustworthy
g. Accept the excellence culture of Delphi
3. Working Experience
a. Over 5 years management experience in production
