1.全面负责从供应商开发、原材料采购、生产计划与制造到仓储物流与发货全过程运营管理；
2.依据公司整体发展战略，制定采购制造供应链系统运营策略与年度实施计划及预算，开发筛选具有资质的零部件供应商，完善供应商的评估体系，分类管理供应商；
3.开发并整合供应链（含外部加工）的整体制造资源，协调各制造资源的合理分布和调配，确保制造的柔性和快速响应；
4.根据公司的年度发展目标生产计划，安排采购、计划与订单履行环节的有效运作以及制造管理；按照采购流程和采购合同，协调供应商零部件加工的及时性和质量保障；
5.简历具有竞争力的供应链管理体系，订单履行、计划、采购、制造、物流等业务领域，并根据业务模式的变化不断优化，确保供应链业务运作高效，不断推动供应链绩效的提升；
6.优化整合外协工程和供应商资源，统筹安排整个系统的运营，逐步降低材料、制造、仓储环节的运作成本；
7.支持研发部门对特殊客户的需求进行评估，提供产能、成本和价格等分析比较；
8.管理并监控公司的物流体系，在保证产品正常供货的情况下使用库存最小化，建立安全库存管理体系，物料消耗管理系统，高效物流运作系统；
9.负责部门制度建设和工作流程的梳理，强化团队组织能力建设，培养骨干员工队伍，建立有效的供应链内控机制并推动落实，有效规避各类业务风险。
