职位描述：
1、负责完成产品可靠性需求分析及分配，同时完成产品系统可靠性设计；
2、负责按照相关国际标准和国家标准要求，制定可靠性技术规范和测试规范；
3、负责完成产品各研发阶段的可靠性试验，并完成可靠性试验报告；
4、负责产品可靠性工程问题的定位及解决；
5、负责各阶段可靠性评审及问题改进落实；
6、负责拟定产品可靠度品质评估的作业流程；

职位要求：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、熟悉掌握可靠性测试的理论知识, 了解国际、国内的相关可靠性测试标准及规范，能结合具体产品开展可靠性测试；
3、工作严谨细致，富有创造力，对新技术和工具有浓厚的兴趣；
4、具有良好的沟通、协调组织能力；
