1. Administration datas in ERP System: 管理ERP 系统数据

-Introduce new items in System 在系统开新料号

-Administration and update datas 管理和更新数据

-Basic datas maintain 基础数据维护

-BOM maintain 物料清单维护

-Operation plan and so on 工时计划维护等

-Specification changing 规格变更

-Administration equipment in system : QSG , QSV , QSP , QSL 设备系统管理,包括QSG , QSV , QSP , QSL

2. Management production documentation: 制作和管理生产文件

-Control instruction检验指导

-Packaging instruction包装指导

-Work instruction操作指导

-Other instructions其他指导文件

3. Control Sampling process: 控制试模流程

-Prepare sampling order for sampling 准备试模订单

-Definition layout workplace定义工作区域布局

-Co-operation with department technology, production, purchasing协调与注塑、生产、采购等部门的工作

-Co-operation with department in Plaston Group协调与集团公司的工作

-Administration reference sample 管理标准样品

-Responsible for prepare all fixtures and tools 负责准备所有工装夹具。

-Responsible for release process samples and update sample 负责核定样品和更新样品

4. Manage Projects: 管理项目

- Manage production transfer projects in Plaston Group (Switzerland, Czech to China) 管理从集团公司（瑞士和捷克）转移到嘉兴的生产项目

- Prepare documentation, know-how, quality requirement and so on 准备相关文件，知识，质量要求等

- Train SL, QC, Operator for product knowledge and standard operation. 培训领班，工人及检验人员使之熟悉产品知识和标准操作。

Technology responsibility : 技术要求

Assembly 组装技术

- Welding technology 焊接技术

- Hot stamping 烫印技术

- Pad printing 移印技术

- Improve process, introduce preventive actions, process optimisation: 流程改善，预防措施，作业优化

- Analysis production process a pursuance optimisations分析生产流程并实施改进

- Co-operation in complaint process协调处理投诉过程

- Quality control in production process 生产过程中质量控制

- To accomplish tasks assigned by high-level leader 完成其它上级领导安排的任务

Job Requirements / 工作要求 :

- Technical training and good technical understanding 较强的技术培训和理解能力

- Knowledge ISO norm and industrial method ( Lean production , Six Sigma , OEE ) 熟悉ISO 系统知识和工业工程方法（精益生产，六西格玛，OEE 等知识）

- Experience with plastic technology 基本的塑胶常识

- Process oriented way of acting and thinking 具备过程导向的行动和思考方法

- Working experience with ERP system ERP系统知识和操作经验

- Very good english knowledge in oral and writing 良好的英语口语和写作
