在集团总裁办总指挥下，按照设计、工程管理中心对项目公司（绍兴兰亭安麓）开发项目的规划要求，全面协调技术管理工作，对项目方案、质量、进度和成本负责。
包括土建、机电水暖、强弱电、精装和景观等各专业口的图纸深化、交底、采购、施工方案落实等。对内与集团设计和工程管理中心无缝对接，对外与政府、设计、顾问公司密切协调。
任职资格：
建筑工程、工民建或机电专业，本科，操盘过相精品酒店项目或者商业综合体项目；
掌握各专业条线的行业标准和规范，技术经验丰富；品德素质高，诚恳，敬业。
中级以上职称。驻项目现场管理。项目分别在浙江绍兴、青浦朱家角。45岁左右，男性。
