Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
·Prepare timely and accurate monthly management and financial reports, provide analysis commentary for management review, as well as, submission into Germany Reporting system
·Prepare quarterly rolling forecast, yearly budget and analysis of variances and commentary of variances
·Follow up with necessary managers in charge for closing the variance gap (as required)
·Monthly cashflow management including liaison with bankers for such as FX hedging dealings for operational needs and other optimization of cash in accordance with Corporate guideline
·Prepare and monitor Capex requirement and spendings
·Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate financials reporting of Subsidiary in North China; including statutory group consolidation
·Full responsibility of China unit financial operation (including participation of physical inventories take if required)
·Insure an effective internal controls processes in place for the company, as well as, the subsidiary
·Full responsibility for statutory reporting and compliance
·Liaisionwith Regional HQ, Corporate HQ various functional departments as required
·Liaision with bankers, external auditors, Tax Authorities, Statutory Boards etc as required
·Other commercial responsibility include review of trade documents, in particular Letter of Credit terms and condition and insure minimum risk for collectability. Manage the trade finance documentation process such as L/C negotiation etc…


Job Specifications:
·Degree in Accounting and Professional Accounting Certification
·Minimum 10 years experience, preferably with a German MNC
·Costing background essential
·New setup experience for China manufacturing plant will be advantages
·ERP implementation experience (SAP B1 preferred)
·Good English and Mandarin Skill (spoken and written)
·Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirement
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Words &Powerpoint
·Aprox 25% of travelling time into North China is necessary
