规章制度的制定，更新与实施；

Regulations establish, update and implement;

定期向董事会汇报公司人力资源情况；

Report to the board of Directors about HR issues on regular time;

负责公司的健康和安全管理，包括生产安全；

Responsible for the Health and Safety, include production safety.

政府关系的沟通与处理；

Government relationship

全面负责公司的行政工作，食堂，卫生，保安，司机的管理。

Take full responsibility for Administration, canteen, cleaning, guard and driver.

与瑞典IT的沟通工作。

Communicate with IT in Sweden.

Requirement:

人力资源与管理相关专业，本科及以上学历;

Major in Human resource and management, Bachelor degree or above;

有三年以上人力资源经理工作经验;

Minimum 3 year working experience in HR manager position;

有制造业背景优先

Background in manufacturing is preferred;

熟悉各人力资源模块;

Familiar with all modules in HR;

英语熟练，可直接沟通;

Fluent English, can communicate directly.
