Sandvik in Beijing/Shanghai is seeking for a Senior Supplier CSR Auditor.

Group Assurance is a function responsible, on behalf of the Board of Directors and Group Executive Management, for ensuring compliance with the Group’s corporate governance, internal control and risk management policies and instructions.

As a Senior Supplier CSR Auditor you will be responsible for conducting audits of suppliers in East Asia Region, including China, South Korea, Japan, and Mongolia, with a focus on Sandvik Supplier Code of Conduct, as well as to train Sandvik Sourcing/Purchasing personnel and Sandvik Suppliers. The position would directly report to Regional Manager Supplier Auditing, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:
· Plan and Conduct Supplier Code of Conduct audit on behalf of Business Areas at supplier site
· Report discovered non-conformance and support / follow-up the suppliers in developing the improvement activities
· Plan and conduct training of Sandvik Sourcing / Purchasing personnel and Sandvik Suppliers in the region
· Perform CSR risk assessments of suppliers based on Sandvik Supplier Evaluation Rules

Your profile:
· Bachelor degree from university (preferably in legal, engineering or environmental studies) or equivalent
· 10 years working experience with at least 5 years of relevant audit experience, supply chain management experience is a plus
· SA8000 certified auditor preferred
· ISO14000 certified auditor preferred
· OHSAS18000 certified auditor preferred
· Highly structured and analytical with integrity and high ethical standards
· Solid local CSR understanding including Labor Rights, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics
· Excellent audit and training skills
· Fluent in English and Chinese, Korean is a plus
· Good communication skills
· Willing to travel frequently
