Role Description
Education / Experience
University degree is must. MS in above area is preferred. With at least two-three years in carrying out SFE industry. Prefer to come from Pharmacy company.
Special Knowledge
Experience in Sales force effectiveness
Having good understanding in Organization Development, Performance Management and people development will be plus
Exposed to competency analysis previously
Good understanding in HR and strong capability in learning
Capable of delivering related program

Skill
Proficient in PC application, Strong Excel skill is necessary
Good communication and team work
Proficient in reading and speaking English is necessary

Increase sales force efficiency & effectiveness by implementing HR programs, tools & process which can bring about perceived change.

*Support the design and reporting of sales incentive schemes for sales organizations.

*Calculating the sales quarterly bonus and analysis report.

*To design organization and post according to business development and process improvement. Coordinate with Ethical &Trade Team for target setting.

*Set up the performance tracking system

*Responsible for the smooth running of the L&D, sales force.com and Coaching support tools. Send periodic feedback / Analysis to the line Manager about their team's field activities.

*As bridge between HR and business units. To provide consultation to business unit on the related matters

*Responsible for the development of competency model of all levels in Sales team to meet sales force operational plans
