Role Description
Organization: PCH
Function: Sales- Drugstore Channel
Position Title: National Key Account Manager
Report to : National Sales DirectorDrugstore Or Sr. Director- Sales &MKT
PURPOSE
1. Lead and manage national key accounts collaboration to achieve and exceed yearly sales target
2. Set up KA strategy and lead short and long term KA business development under the collaboration with brand MKT and customer MKT
3. Properly manage key decision-makers in key chains to build up company image and support sales and key action process.
4. Set up policy & procedures to ensure KA activities to meet company compliance request
5. Control selling budget and other resources within limitation to ensure higher productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
- University graduate or above, preferably in Commercial,Marketing or relevant discipline
- 1 years above experience in national key account management or regional business management
Special Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of wholesale & retail market in China
- Relevant sales management experience in multinational company, more than 5 years with at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial level
Skill
-Outstanding presentation capability and negotiation skill
-Very good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong Business planning and strategic thinking
-Knowledge of customer, brand, market, policies, procedure and company
-Complexity and matrix management capability
-Good command of English preferred
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Work closely with Marketing and TMKT Department to formulate annual, short-and-long-term KA plan and strategy
2.In line with company code and strategy, build strategic relationship and maximize key account collaboration, explore new markets and new product segments
3.Budget management
*compliance to budget responsibility per company guidelines, influence over budget decisions
*to manage and accountable for multiple budgets
4.Channel management
*KA annual contract negotiation and implementation
*Cooperate with field force to execute KA plan and drive KA outlets offtake
*Cooperate with TMKT to allocate BTL resource and activities
*New products launch and listing
*Retail project assignment
5.Competition
*Build system to collect competitive products and their trade strategies across the national scope for categories present
*Develop the strategies to maintain/increase business share in channel
*Set up and maintain a tracking system to keep abreast of competitive activities
