天津招聘

1) Office staff reimbursement checking and make sure in compliance with company policy and local requirements
2) Reimbursement entry booking into SAP
3) Payment proposal generating from SAP and submit to Cashier for final release
4) Payment clearance in SAP for staff reimbursement
5) Employee cash advance follow up and clear up timely
6) Corp card follow up and entry booking in SAP
7) Response to staff inquiries for reimbursement
8) Payable vouchers checking and entry booking for routine office expenses
9) Responsible for AP vouchers filing and management
10) Assistance to GL accountant for VAT invoice issuance for fabric sales
11)Other duties as needed by managers
