Key responsibilities :

i) Service Program Development & Management:

o Survey and assess market trends and needs on service-oriented programs, and prepare near and long term strategy to growth service business

o Plan, develop, fine-tune and implement market-based service-oriented programs (“Service /Solution Program”) including service delivery process, service delivery guide, service level agreements, and service quality standards, etc.

o Design service programs’ costing and pricing model (standard GC Form template), contract standards and templates, Scope of Work templates, SLA templates, marketing brochure & materials, and promotional strategies, etc.

o Develop, implement and manage KPIs on service programs, report on progress, and design improvement plans in collaboration with RDSCs

o Lead and provide coaching and facilitation on service programs’ marketing, sales and delivery activities to RDSCs’ stakeholders involved in pre- (i.e. SAM) and post- sales (i.e. TSS, CSC and SOM) stages

ii) Service Channel Partner Program Development & Management:

o Maintain and grow business relationships and opportunities with existing service channel partners under the “Service Channel Partner Program”

o Collaborate with Group and RDSCs on identifying and building new channel partners

o Lead and coordinate with channel partners on service program offerings and pricing standards (e.g. price book)

o Design and track channel partners’ KPI performance and improvement plans

iii) Service Marketing

o Go-To-Marketing Plan for productized Service & Solution

o Join and plan for marketing event from Service Product perspective

o Marketing / Sales Boost Program for business growth

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor Degree or above, with specialty in computer, engineering or related discipline, postgraduate or MBA degree will be advantage

2.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT managed services business including but not limit to enterprise IT hardware business, IT outsourcing services, enterprise communications, customer service management

3.Strong analysis skills, business acumen and people communication skills are required

4.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

5.Fluent in Mandarin and English is a MUST. Spoken Cantonese will be a big plus.
