Major Responsibilities:

1. Source and qualify competitive supplier

2. Obtain competitive quotation, instruct suppliers to understand technical specification

3. Negotiate and make sure the delivery term, quality and service with supplier.

4. Global sourcing project management

5. Parts localization and cost reduction projects

6. Conduct technical evaluation and qualification of components

7. Responsible for the management of procurement contracts

8. Manage the main vendor

Requirements:

1. Technical background with bachelor degree is preferred

2. At least 5 year working experience in manufacturing industry, strong in sourcing project management.

3. Good price negotiation &skills Good sense in cost saving

4. Interpersonal skills

5. Fluent English in oral and writing
