Job description

1. Build up project management team and competence in CE(Cooperate Engineering)

2. Coaching and steering key projects in CE (VEP projects from CE, critical projects from other CE teams).

3. Planning/process/implement and global / cross department coordination

4. Be responsible for projects cost and time schedule

5. Set up and monitoring the standard/professional project working process in CE.

6. Lead PMO team

7. Monitoring department KPI and support department daily task.

8. Internal consulting: Optimization of value stream in internal areas.

Requirements

1. Bachelor/ Master/Doctor in mechanical-/automotive- engineering

2. PM-experience in automobile industry area, good knowledge in engineering PM

3. Good knowledge mechanical / automotive products

4. Good problem solving capability, good coordination, communication skills, team player

5. Good command in English
