Job description

Be responsible for Key Account sales in Automotive industry

Maintain our current key account with laser application as a specialist

Develop regional potential market with key application promotion

Closely interact with German head quarter in global product and industry management.

As the specialist in particular fields of application hot stamping, boday shop as well as electric mobility and power train

Observe market and identify trends as well as the future laser applications

Provide advice and technology support to the regional distribution and the strategic customers

Creat a strategic business plan for the regional industry

Analyze industry needs and define customized product requirements

Provide advice and technology support of sales and product marketing and round off diverse task profile

Business focus is in China, but also find business opportunity in other Asia countries e.g. Taiwan, Korea, Japan etc.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

Mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or similar professional background.

At least 3-5 years in automotive industry or supplying companies for automotive industry

Good English communication skills, German capability plus

Personally contact customer-oriented, safely and competently;

Absolutely independent and structured way of working;

High flexibility, organizational skills and a willingness to incorporate in new issues

Willingness to travel
